For those new to yoga or if you would simply like shorter midweek practice 60 minute
This class is designed to prepare you for the Led Primary Classes.
It is recommended that you attend a couple of these classes before moving to the 75 minute Led Primary classes.
Or alternatively you can simply continue to attend this class.

Astanga Yoga Led 75
This is a 75 minute class. A great place to start if you already have some knowledge of yoga. You will find this class more dynamic than most other styles of yoga. With particular focus on the breath and neuromuscular innervation.
Sun salutations – Forwards bends – Twists – Backbends – Shoulder stand
Extended Led Primary Class:
Additional postures – student dependant. Please allow more time for this class.
A self-practice class with hands on guidance and adjustment by an experienced teacher. Familiarity with the Primary Series is recommended. Practicing at their own pace, students may access the studio from 5.30 on week days and from 6.30 for weekend classes. The studio is available until 9.00, and the teacher is present until 8.30. We ask students to schedule their start time in accordance with the requirements of their practice. There is a short chant at 6.30am

This one hour class is what we call a Foundational Meditation class.
Have you tried Meditation, but couldn’t quite get it? Well you are not alone. Most experienced meditators will tell you that starting out was the hardest. Breaching the gap between daily life and quiet contemplation can be like crossing the grand canyon.
In this three-stage class we take you thru 30 minutes of restorative preparatory postures, before a gradual led introduction to meditation, and then a post meditation chill.
This class is suitable for everyone. No experience of meditation or yoga is necessary.
