Peter has been practicing Astanga yoga since around 1994 and has travelled to India several times to study other aspects of yoga and Indian belief and philosophy.
During his years of practicing Astanga yoga he has experienced the powerful and beneficial transformational aspect of this yoga practice, both on the outer level (the body) and on the inner level (the nervous system and mind).
His desire is to assist the student to go deeper into themselves, helping them to learn a deeper sense of self and body awareness and extend their perceived boundaries whilst at the same time keeping them safe.
Tatiana discovered Astanga yoga a few years ago and from the first class she fell in love with this flowing practice.
Very soon it became an essential part of her life, leading to a daily practice at the Astanga Yoga Centre and participation in workshops with Dena Kingsberg & Peter Sanson.
It continues to change her life in a positive way.Tatiana has a Diploma of Yoga from Wellpark college of Natural Therapies (Yoga Alliance registered).
She believes in the Astanga method and teaches with enthusiasm and a focus on the breath.
Sarah is a dedicated Ashtangi, student of Andre, with a daily yoga practice since 2011. She also attends regular workshops with senior teachers such as Peter Sanson, Kiri Sutherland & Martina Gotz. Having completed her 200hr teacher training with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci in Bali 2014, Sarah has been teaching beginner classes since then, with a strong drive to share the benefits of this practice with others.
Her yoga classes are dynamic and energizing, with a focus on synchronizing conscious breath with movement, & finding self-acceptance from within. Sarah is a gentle, caring teacher and encourages her students not to force themselves, but to allow the breath to soften the body into the postures and enjoy the yoga journey.
