A self-practice class with hands on guidance and adjustment by an experienced teacher. Familiarity with the Primary Series is recommended.

Running from 6.00 until 8.30, students are practicing at their own pace, and start variously between 6.00 and 7.30.

There is a short chant at 6.30.
