Natalie’s first experience of yoga was on a beach in 2001. Fifteen years later, Natalie has a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practice, and trusts the tradition of this method.  What makes sense to her about it is the progression it follows, the natural way it teaches us to listen to and heal our bodies and focus our minds, and the way it centres around the breath.
Natalie started teaching in 2010, following an apprenticeship and teacher training course over a period of two years. In her classes she focuses on creating flow, listening to the rhythm of the breath, and enjoying the practice. Her biggest teachers are her two children, who show her lessons in patience, acceptance, gratitude and love every day. She studies yoga with Peter Sanson and Dena Kingsberg.
